Rules!

“To provide a laid back and creative environment for all Transformers fans of any artistic level.”

Rules: (Note: Please read all rules, ignorance of the rules will not be an acceptable excuse.)

1. This Oekaki Board is only for Transformers so please keep all art to that subject. See rule 11 for more information.

2. This oekaki board is for art of all skill levels and any art must show signs of effort, which will be up to the mod’s discretion to delete any art they deem as ‘without effort’.

3. All adult pictures (containing nudity, gore, etc) must be marked as such.

4. Do not upload any images larger than 600 x 600, they will be deleted right away.

5. Only use the upload feature to post art done using the oekaki drawing board, any scanned art will be deleted, please save that for such places as Deviant Art.

6. Once permanently banned you may not ever rejoin the board. If you try to rejoin and create a new account, it will be banned immediately. Permanent banning is done with the approval of the administrator. Any user permanently banned may direct any questions to the administrator and not the mod who addressed the issue. Temporary banning length is up to the mod banning the user and is monitored by the administrator.

7. Any artistic criticism is only to be given if the artist has requested it. Criticism in the chat is not allowed unless the user is present and has agreed to be critiqued.

8. Any form of harassment will not be tolerated. It will be up to the mod’s discretion as what counts as harassment and what punishment will be given to users who break this rule. If you are unsure a comment you will be making is considered so or not, simply do not make that comment. Being rude or making fun in a mean or condescending way towards other users is harassment.

9. Any problems originating from events on TransOekaki that appear on other sites is not the responsibility of TransOekaki. If you are receiving any form of harassment from members of TransOekaki on other sites, please contact the administrator of that site and not the TransOekaki Mod’s.

10. Any problems must be addressed to the Mod’s email address to be dealt with privately. Discussion of problems with the mod’s on any of the boards will not be allowed and if seen will be directed to be discussed privately with the mod’s. It is important to email Mod’s with problems so they may be addressed and corrected, the Mod’s and Admin can not and will not be able to read and see everything that happens on the boards. The Mod’s and Admin will try to the best of their abilities to take action in their responsibilities and monitor the boards.

Any emails sent to a Mod goes to a joint mod email account that all Mod’s have access to and is checked at all times of the day. The Admin has their own separate email account and emails to the Admin only should be address to that account. Contacting the Mod through any other mean other than the mod email account will be ignored.

Notification of any punishment will be sent to the user’s email account. It is recommend to keep an active email account in your profile to be sure you receive such notifications. If you have any question about not receiving a notification email please contact the mod’s via email.

11. Any characters who do not appear in official Transformers universes shouldn’t be drawn on the oekaki board. Please direct and post any original characters in the correct section on the forum. The only time original characters may appear on the oekaki board is if an official Transformers characters also appears in the picture, please indicate in the description if any OC’s appears. If you make any changes to the form of an official character please say so in the picture’s description. (i.e. Beast Wars)

12. Any art that is part of a running theme (i.e. fish, sheep, human forms, and etc) must be stated in the picture’s description and what characters appear in the picture.

13. Any work in progress must not be shared publicly unless the artist is looking for art critiques. To find out how to save a drawing, see the FAQ.

14. All of these rules apply to the oekaki board, chat, and forum.

15. Enforcement of the rules by the mod’s is non negotiable and any punishment is up to their discretion. Questions or problems with a mod should be directed as an email to the Admin.

16. If you have a disagreement with the rules or the methods the board is run by, you are recommended then to create you own oekaki board from here.

17. Drawing of porn is highly recommended.

18. If any art that appears on the boards is not to your liking, please ignore it and do not reply to it with any rude comments as it will be treated as harassment.

19. Prowl drawn with anyone is ok but bonus points are given if he is drawn raping Huffer.

20. Calm down and please don’t freak if something is not canon, the world will not end, I promise.

21. The goggles do nothing, move on to the next rule.

22. People love the Twins but please, variety is encouraged.

23. Any pairing is ok to be drawn here even if you do not agree with it. Also this applies to the addition of any human body parts added to any robot that also may or may not be ejecting any liquid.

24. Lubrication on any robot is fun to draw.

25. Your best drawing tool is your imagination, please use your noodle but if you don’t have one, we can’t help you with that.

26. Any rules modified, changed, or added will be notified to everyone through the oekaki board’s mail service.
